All Web Hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account. In the event that a client cancels who is paying an annual rate, the refund will be based on time that has not been used (example: Customer A cancels in 2nd month, and has paid $120 for an annual term. He will get $100 back).
Our refund policy does not include Domain Registration, Domain Transfers, any addon services such as dedicated IP, SSH, SSL and setup fees. Any refunds requested after 30 days are pro-rated. In order to cancel service, you must contact us.
Accounts canceled/terminated by Dave's Network for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is canceled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
